The World of Contract Bridge
Advanced course 1
This online advanced course is from beginner to the next level. For those enthusiasts who have played in a club, online and/or at home and want to learn more about the secrets of this great game.
The player should have at least one year of intensive playing.
If you have deficiencies in managing the bidding system or in basic matters, it is better to take Beginner Course 2. This will give you the kick to continue with this course.
The course starts on dd.mm.yy and it is implemented by organizing Zoom meetings. The same link below goes to each lesson. The course includes seven lessons, each of which is approximately 2.5 hours. Each lesson is held twice a week, and the lessons are weekly. First, the content of the lesson will be covered through examples and discussion.
After that, we play the ready-made divisions suitable for the content in RealBridge. During the first lesson, the use of the software is taught, which is easy.
Finally, we analyze the divisions just played. The teacher(s) will monitor your playing and take notes on your playing.
Between lessons, the teacher can suggest to the students to watch him play online, usually on FunBridge. Monitoring takes place using Zoom and the teacher shares his screen for everyone to see. While playing, he talks about his offers, his playing and the observations he made. As if thinking out loud. This is how we go through 6-8 divisions.
In addition, the teacher can teach using Kahoot. The software is versatile and usually gives students something to think about, who can give the answers to the questions in their own peace at home online.
After all the lessons have been covered, we will hold a final tournament at RealBridge. In the competition, divisions are made for the things taught. At the end of the competition, the analyzes of the divisions will be sent by email.
If some areas are found to be difficult to learn, remedial teaching is provided.
